What is HAF?

HAF stands for Holiday Activities and Food, it is a programme that provides free holiday clubs for children aged Reception to Year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals.

What does Embody Dance provide for HAF?

Embody Dance is a provider of holiday camps on the HAF programme.Embody provides dance day activities throughout the year during Christmas, Easter and Summer School holidays. As part its HAF delivery Embody Dance provides each child who receives free school meals with a meal during the day of the dance camp.

This meal is provided alongside dance instruction, arts and crafts and gymnastics sessions at Embody Dance Studio, Nuneaton. Our Easter Dance Camp was Charlie and the Chocolate Factory themed and successfully delivered 13 places on the HAF programme.

What benefits does HAF have to children and families?

HAF programme has a positive impact on children and young people through providing:
Accessible holiday activities, healthy meals throughout the activities and socialisation for children and young people during the school holidays.
